*NEW VLOG* - Fossoway Stables: Notes from Here 12.05.25

This past week has felt like one of those beautifully full circles ... the kind where ideas that once lived quietly in the background start to take shape and step out into the world.


In the latest episode of Notes from Here, I’m sharing something close to my heart: the official beginning of The Sieve ... my new podcast exploring core values, meaningful lives, and the quiet power of living in alignment.🎧 If you're interested in why I'm starting The Sieve , I've written a blog post all about the idea and intention which you can read here.




We go behind the scenes for the recording of the first episode, where the idea was finally brought to life after many long walks, deep conversations, and scribbled notebook pages. Though I ended up recording the episode in Mum and Dad's living room due to issues with wifi in the studio, there’s something incredibly grounding about recording in a space that’s heard the story of The Sieve from it's very first imaginings.


But this week wasn’t all quiet reflection, we also packed our bags and headed to somewhere brand new for me: the Baltimore Fiddle Fair in West Cork, Ireland. It’s always such a joy to be part of these kinds of special gathering of musicians, storytellers, and soulful creatives. There’s magic in the music, but also in the people, the sea air, and the conversations that spill over into late nights. John and I came home so inspired from this trip.


This episode is a mix of both worlds ... the start of something new, and a celebration of the old rhythms that keep us inspired. I hope it gives you a little glimpse into the joy, the chaos, the music, and the meaning behind it all.
