We’re proud to stock fresh sourdough loaves from our friends at Wild Hearth Bakery ... a wood-fired artisan bakery nestled in the heart of Highland Perthshire.

 

Baked slowly with organic flours, wild yeast, and long fermentation, these loaves are the real deal: full of character, rich in flavour, and naturally nourishing. No shortcuts, no additives, just beautiful, honest bread made the traditional way.

 

Each loaf is a small work of art, and pairs perfectly with our Fossoway eggs, homemade soups, or simply a generous swipe of local butter.
