Our seasonal veg boxes bring the best of the Fossoway Stables market garden straight to your kitchen. Grown right here at Fossoway Stables using organic principles and re-generative methods, each box is filled with freshly harvested, nutrient-rich produce that reflects the rhythms of the Scottish seasons.
 
From crisp spring greens and sweet summer peas to hearty autumn roots and winter brassicas, our boxes change every week depending on what’s flourishing in the garden. It’s a delicious, mindful way to eat  and a lovely way to stay connected to the land.
 
We pick each morning to order, so your veg is as fresh as it gets ... no air miles, no plastic, just real food grown with love and respect for the earth.
 
What to Expect:
Approx 10-12 hand-picked seasonal vegetables (with the occasional bonus from our herb garden or orchard!)
A weekly note from the farm with recipe ideas and garden updates
Available in 2 sizes - small (ideal for an individual or couple) or large for a family or those who like to cook from scratch
Collection from The Potting Shed or local delivery (depending on availability)
